Fused Pure Calcium Alumina Cement
Its mainly raw materials are industrial alumina powder and high purity limestone. After smelting and cooling process of arc furnace to make cement clinker, the finished products will be made by grinding homogenization. Datong fused pure calcium alumina cement owns the advantages of excellent early strength, wide scope of application, stable setting time, which make it become the castable manufacturers¡¯ preferred refractory. It gives priority to the actual needs of customers. Its ¡°Dianka¡± series of cements strictly control the phase CA/CA2 to make it have the stable setting time, fluidity, strength, particle size distribution and chemical composition.
Our test standard is GB201-2000. The test gives prominent to the performance testing of actual castables. It contents pure corundum castable without silica, high aluminum castable performance test with silica fume(5% of the amount of cement).
Our castable application performance test can also meet customers¡¯ requirements for special formula and operating environment. We can mark the data on Quality Certificate for customers better use. Our product does not contain any admixture, the customers can use it flexibly.
Our cement is mainly used in refractory castables, chemical building materials and other fields as binding agent. In the field of refractory, it has excellent performance in alumina, pure corundum and silica fume-containing corundum castables. |
